Grace started as a mature aged apprentice after having served 6 ½ years with the Royal Australian Airforce.
Committed to learning new things and always up for challenge, Grace has overcome extreme adversity and significant barriers and negative experiences early on in her career to now by one of the most valued apprentices at Martin Donnelly.
Grace epitomizes resilience and courage and is a role model for all women who wish to enter and apprenticeship.
